Pestovo Golf and Yacht Club

Pestovo Golf and Yacht Club is a country complex of a new type for Russia and comprises traditions of an English country club: championship 18-hole golf course, a golf academy, a training course, elite immovable property with the view of golf course and clubhouse, a yacht club with its own berth and pier for 100 yachts. The goal of the whole complex is to ensure maximum comfort and enjoyable staying for club members and guests.

Concept and Infrastructure

18-hole championship golf course, golf academy, training course, clubhouse:

• 1st floor — changerooms, the golf equipment store, the massage room
• 2nd floor —the  reception, the lobby, the fireplace lounge, 120-seat restaurant, the bar, the cigar lounge, the summer terrace, the meeting room, the library
• 3rd floor — the home theater system with karaoke, the bar, the billiard room, the relaxation room

Yacht club:

• The restaurant
• The open air cafe оn the upper-deck
• The fitness club
• The pier for 100 yachts

Types of immovable property

• Design built private houses with 0.5 to 1 ha plot area
• Apartments with the golf course view, flats with  88 to 318 m2 area (penthouses)
